Adding Tags
<aside>
🏷️
Useful for Segmentations - you are able to add as many tags to the input file as excel can take!
</aside>
- Add a column that starts with “tags.” in the products sheet such as the below:

- Its important to make sure that there isn’t more than one column with the same tag name as the tags will not be registered in Fixture Visualizer
- Additionally, to ensure the tags are consistent - they must be in the same format e.g. ‘Brand’ is different from ‘brand’
Tag Maps
- It is useful to add tags / subgroup / attribute tags to the products in the excel input to utilise Tag Maps and the Analysis tab→ VST team can help with this prior to uploading an input.
- This will allow you to see where specific SKUs, brands etc are located on the fixture and how many of them that are present (if you want to add/remove any in future).
- In the main Fixture Visualizer space see these tags on shelf with the tag map, simply turn this on:

-
Then choose what you’d like to see highlighted on shelf within the tags. The highlights show up as opaque boxes on shelf.
-
Tags in the data allow you to highlight key areas of interest on shelf e.g. brand / sub cat.
-
These same tags can then be used for analysis of share of shelf.

Sales Tags / Sales Data
- Add a column called “tags.sales” within the input file in the products sheet
- Here you can add your sales figures per SKU (they do not all have to have a number associated with them)
